The company GASTRANS d.o.o. Novi Sad, incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia for the activity pipeline transport, with the business seat at Narodnog fronta 12, 21000 Novi Sad, company ID: 20785683, TIN: 107350223 (hereinafter referred to as: „GASTRANS d.o.o.“) hereby invites all interested users of the future transmission system of GASTRANS d.o.o. on start of public consultations in regard with the Draft of the short-term natural gas transportation agreement (hereinafter referred to as: “public consultations”) which shall last 30 days and are invited to take part in the public consultations.
This notification and invitation is addressed to already existing users which executed with Gastrans d.o.o. long-term natural gas transportation agreement (based on the Invitation as of 08 March 2019 for submission of binding bids for contracting long-term transmission natural gas in capacity exempted by the Act on exemption of the New Interconnector for the natural gas as of 05 March 2019) as well as all potential interested users which express interest to execute with Gastrans d.o.o. short-term natural gas transportation agreement (in accordance with the Act on exemption of the New Interconnector for the natural gas No. 40/2018-D-03/62a as of 05 March 2019).

You are invited to your remarks/comments/suggestions on Draft of the short-term natural gas transportation agreement, prepared in accordance with the above instructions deliver to GASTRANS d.o.o. at latest until 21 October 2019 on the e-mail: info@gastrans.rs, whereby Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter referred to as: “AERS”) shall be simultaneously informed in the manner that in the e-mail addressed to GASTRANS d.o.o. shall be put AERS address in the cc: aers@aers.rs. When sending your remarks/comments/suggestions, please put in the subject of e-mail the following words: “Comments on the Draft of the short-term natural gas transportation agreement”.
Upon the receipt of the remarks/comments/suggestions, Gastrans d.o.o. shall in the shortest reasonable period consider them and make statement on them.
