24.4.1.9 Occurance of Transmission Imbalance for Users

The only case for Transmission Imbalance envisaged by acting Operational Balancing Agreement with Adjacent Facilities Operators at Interconnection Points IP Kirevo/Zaychar, IP Serbia, IP Kiskundorozsma 2 is Termination of OBA (Operational Balancing Agreement).

In that case Gastrans will inform each User about this fact and implement Balancing Procedure described in chapter 15 of Network Code.
