INVITATION TO TENDER No. 078/2021

Dear Sirs,

GASTRANS d.o.o. Novi Sad, registered at Narodnog fronta 12, Novi Sad, the Republic of Serbia, registered number 20785683 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), invites you to take part in Tender No. 078/2021 for the following subjects:

  1. Lot № 1 – Fuel gas;
  2. Lot № 2 – Operational gas balancing services;
  3. Lot № 3 – Gas for commercial balancing.

 Scope of services/supply

Lot  № 1 – Fuel gas

  1. In the period from 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2021 to 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2022 the supplier shall ensure gas delivery in the maximum quantity of 8.500.000 kWh as per Buyer’s request.
  2. Maximum daily quantity is 23.100 kWh.
  3. The supplier shall deliver gas at the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) of the GASTRANS transmission system.

 Lot № 2 – Operational gas balancing services

  1. The subject of operation balancing services is temporary delivery/taking-over of the natural gas in order to maintain pipeline operational conditions in accordance with the below-mentioned manner. There is no ownership transfer of natural gas delivered/taken-over during the period of operational gas balancing services
  2. The Bidder shall ensure gas delivery and gas taking over from the transmission system in the maximum limit of 110.000.000 kWh available for temporary delivery/taking-over from 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2021 to 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2022.
  3. Maximum daily delivery / take-over quantity is:
    1. Option 1 – 2.825.000 kWh
    2. Option 2 – 5.650.000 kWh
  4. The supplier shall deliver / take over gas at the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) of the GASTRANS transmission system.

Lot № 3 – Gas for commercial balancing

  1. The supplier shall ensure any total quantity of gas delivery and gas taking over from the transmission system from 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2021 to 6:00 a.m. October 01, 2022 as per the request of Transmission System Operator Gastrans based on maximum daily delivery/ take-over quantity.
  2. Maximum daily delivery / take-over quantity is 36.600.000,00 kWh.
  3. The supplier shall deliver / take over gas at the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) of the GASTRANS transmission system.

Bidders have the right to provide the Bid/offer for all Lots (№ 1, № 2, № 3) or for a specific Lot/Lots separately.

Should you be interested in participation in the above-mentioned Tender you are requested not later than 1:00 p.m. (CEST time zone) on September 3, 2021 to provide signed letter of interest via e-mail on the following addresses:  l.kravchuk@gastrans.rs and dz.shakryl@gastrans.rs.

The detailed Instruction to Bidders will be provided on September 3, 2021 only to Bidders who submitted a letter of interest.
