Transporter shall, if not applying OBA, publish quantity of Gas in the Pipeline at the beginning of each Gas Day and the estimation of quantities of Gas at the end of Gas Day

24.3.9. Daily publication of quantity of Gas in the Pipeline

As far as GASTRANS is applying the Operating Balancing Account  (OBA) to all of Interconnection Points (IP Kireevo/Zaychar, IP Serbia, IP Kiskundorozsma 2) and permanently cooperate with Adjacent Facilities Operators in order to maintain the balancing position as close as possible to zero, the mentioned requirement to publish quantity of Gas in the Pipeline at the beginning of each Gas Day and the estimation of quantities of Gas at the end of Gas Day is not applicable.
