On 15 May 2020, AERS has rendered the Decision on consent to the Network Code of Gastrans no. 05-42 rendered by Gastrans on 3 April 2020. All interested parties may find the relevant decision on this link (available in Serbian language only).
The Network Code and the model Short-Term GTA can be found on relevant links. We emphasize that the Network Code is rendered and approved by AERS only in Serbian language, so the English version of the Network Code can be considered only as a „convenience translation“.
The Network Code shall become effective as of 30 May 2020.
GASTRANS d.o.o. invites all parties which are eligible to become Users under the Network Code to register with the Regional Booking Platform, in order to have sufficient time to familiarize themselves with the method of Capacity Booking Platform operation, which would help ensuring that the auctions for Capacity Products contracting is consistent with the Network Code and that the secondary capacity trading are conducted smoothly starting from the beginning of the operational work.
GASTRANS d.o.o. shall, in a timely manner, by posting such information on its website, notify all persons on the moment from which they may submit an Request for access to the system pursuant to the item 3 of the Network Code, as well as on the commercial operations date.
