24.3.8. Delivering the Transmission Imbalance and amount of Imbalance Charge

As far as GASTRANS is applying the Operating Balancing Account  (OBA) to all of Interconnection Points (IP Kireevo/Zaychar, IP Serbia, IP Kiskundorozsma 1200) and permanently cooperate with Adjacent Facilities Operators in order to maintain the balancing position as close as possible to zero, the mentioned requirement of provision to Users of the quantities of Transmission Imbalance and amount of Imbalance Charge is not applicable.
